 SPM has established this record with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of construction, an intimate understanding of the structure of the industry and all of its regulatory requirements, estimating, scheduling, submittals, trade coordination, leading progress meetings, RFI’s, correspondence, documentation of significant occurrences, change orders, cost monitoring and control, progress requisitions, and close-out procedures.

Services

  Installation of clay pipe and several manholes in different types of soils conditions requiring many trenching and shoring methods, including hydraulic jacks, wood lagging, sloping, stepping and trench boxes.

 Widening of this highway presented significant environmental challenges including encroachment on historic resources and habitat for endangered species.
